30 Days of Thanks: Day 15

I have a dog named Duke, and today I am thankful for him. He may be rambunctious, stubborn, and noisy, but he is also sweet, playful, and obnoxiously cute. He has a huge heart of gold which causes him to crave doggy cuddles daily. It also drives him to run to me as soon as I cry out in pain. He has nice big teeth and an even bigger bark, which makes me feel much better when Jonathan is out of town.

I am so thankful for the time I get to spend with my little (big) puppy Duke.

xoxo, Mallory

“…nice big teeth…” wonderful! He is so cute. I’d like to meet him someday.

    Utah.

Today I am thankful for this state that has taught me so much in a very short time. We moved here out of the necessity for the hub, and I had my reservations. The times adjusting were challenging at points, but I know that this is where we need to be now.

I’m thankful for the family-first atmosphere, the mountains that stare at me from the front door, the easy travel, the parks every few blocks, the sheer beauty, the closeness to so much (Yellowstone, the Tetons, Moab, and even the Grand Canyon and the PNW), the reassuring sounds of HIll AFB, and more.
